Parliamentary Friends of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at (PFA) – Canada

Objective

The Parliamentary Friends of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama`at (PFA) creates awareness among members (MPs and Senators) regarding human rights violations, including State-sponsored persecution of its members globally. The PFA also seeks to promote adherence to values of human dignity and freedom of religion for all. Additionally, the PFA is a forum for the exchange of ideas and solutions to promote religious freedoms for all communities around the world.

What Does the PFA Do?

  • Educates Parliamentarians on international religious freedom violations, especially the persecution of Ahmadi Muslims
  • Highlights the positive contributions of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at to Canadian society
  • Fosters cross-party collaboration to defend religious freedom for all faiths
  • Supports Canada’s global leadership in promoting human rights and freedom of belief
