The Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama`at Canada condemns the barbaric attacks that took place on Saturday in London in the strongest terms. Our heartfelt prayers and thoughts are with the people of London and all those affected. The harming of innocent people can never be justified under any circumstances.
It is reported that seven people were tragically killed and 48 were injured when a van barrelled into pedestrians on London Bridge. It has been confirmed that a Canadian was among those killed in the tragedy. The Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama`at urges for calm and patience as authorities work swiftly to restore security and order.
