Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama`at Canada denounces the hateful act of violence and prays for peace and justice

The Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama`at Canada categorically condemns the attack on Canadian Forces officers in Toronto, Ontario. The community expresses its heartfelt grief and prays for the victims and their families.

Mr. Lal Khan Malik, National President of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama`at Canada, said: “We are deeply troubled to hear about the attack on our Canadian Armed Forces. It is appalling and utterly disgraceful that anyone would carry out such an attack in God’s name.” He added: “We denounce any attempt to justify the killing of innocent lives and we stand committed to restoring peace.”

The Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama`at prays for swift justice and the rapid recovery of those wounded in this hateful crime.
