Can You Make a Video?

National Department of Isha`at Sami wa Basari (Audio Video) is pleased to announce ‘Can You Make a Video?’ campaign.  All branches of Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama`at Canada are asked to participate by composing videos on any of the suggested topics.  This initiative has been launched by respected Amir sahib under the guidance of Hazrat Khaliftul Masih (may all be his helper).  

This contest will run June 30th, 2021.  Here is the overview of the project:
 
  •  Suggested topics are: 
  1. Winter in Canada
  2. The impact of COVID-19
  3. Any Children related program
  4. Impactful Tablighi video
  • Videos must be between 2 to 3 minutes long. Make videos interesting, impactful and relevant. Avoid talking heads and long discussions. Make all references clear and show on screen. Use graphics and Lower Thirds to create interest
  • May use existing resources in local Jama`at to make the videos or using good quality mobile phones cameras
  • Target audience identified to be Jamaat members of all ages
  • Prizes in the amounts of $200, $300, $400, $500 and $1000 to be awarded per winning the criteria (TBD)
  • All approved videos will be published on official YouTube channel of Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama`at and may also be broadcasted on MTA International
  • Guidelines outlined in Policy and Standard document must be observed
  • Videos to be submitted via Video Submission Form

All interested members of the Jama`at are encouraged to participate in this contest by reaching out to their local president and/or secretary Isha`at sami wa basari.
